PSC 1060 PolyVit is a durable, virtually maintenance free textured acrylic elastomeric coating which provides surface color and texture for various Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems. Due to its high elongation characteristics, it can be used for application to a wide range of substrates. When applied as directed, up to 60 mils wet film thickness, PSC 1060 bridges minor surface imperfections, hairline cracks, providing outstanding durability and long lasting protection. It withstands substrate movement and accommodates rapid changes in temperature. PSC 1060 allows the substrate to breathe, therefore the supporting structure underneath will not be damaged by the presence of moisture and activated salts. When applied in accordance with technical specifications, PSC 1060 produces a tough, monolithic, fungi and mildew resistant solar reflective membrane.

PSC 2552 PolyBond is a proprietary polymer modifier, which when mixed at a ratio 1 to 1 by weight with Portland cement is used to bond insulation board to various substrates. It can also be used as a skim coat to produce smooth level surface on concrete and masonry as well as a base coat where reinforcing mesh can be embedded for PSC 1060 PolyVit system.
