PolyCrete

PSC 2610 PolyCrete is a three component floor system engineered with proprietary high performance polymers for harsh industrial environments. It is formulated to resist heavy abrasion, chemical corrosion, steel wheel traffic, impact abuse, wide range of organic and inorganic acids, alkalis, solvents etc. Quick set minimizes downtime allowing foot traffic after six hours and general traffic after 12 hours @ 20 C (68 F).

The surface of PSC 2610 is textured making it a perfect choice for oily manufacturing facilities and wet food processing plants. The surface of PSC 2610 will stay anti-slip through the life of the floor.

PSC 2610 PolyCrete has similar coefficient of thermal expansion to concrete and will expand and contract with the concrete substrate through thermal cycling. It performs and retains its physical characteristics through a temperature range down to -37 C (-37 F) and up to steam temperatures of 104 C (220 F).

PSC 2610 PolyCrete is a permanent solution for the most rigorous demands; heavy industrial use, attacks by various chemicals, abrasive and slip resistant conditions.

PSC 2610 PolyCrete is approved by CFIA (Canadian Food Inspection Agency) for use in Registered Establishments handling and processing food stuffs.

Applications include interior or exterior, new or old concrete substrates. Chemical processing plants, meat packing and food processing facilities, dairies, pulp and paper processing plants, oily manufacturing plants, vehicle repair bays, plants producing acids and other highly corrosive products.

Nominal thickness of the application is ¼”.

PSC 2611 PolyCrete SL (self leveling) floor system is a three component polyurethane concrete system, consisting of Part A, 1 USG (3.79 L) can, Part B, 1 USG (3.79 L) can, both filled to produce the proper mixing ratio with Part C, powder, 30.95 kg.

PSC 2611 PolyCrete SL is formulated to resist chemical corrosion, wide range of organic and inorganic acids, solvents, alkalis etc. It resists heavy abrasion, steel wheeled traffic and impact abuse.

The surface of PSC 2611 is lightly texturedmaking it a perfect choice for oily manufacturing facilities and wet food processing plants. This surface will stay anti-slip through the life of the floor. Coarser anti-slip aggregate can be broadcasted onto the surface within the pot life. After PSC 2611 has cured, excess aggregate can be removed from the substrate with a broom.

PSC 2611 SL is applied at a thickness of 1/8" (3m.m.) or greater, it has good flow and self leveling properties and a semi-matte textured finish.

PSC 2611 Polycrete SL has similar coefficient of thermal expansion to concrete and will expand and contract with the concrete substrate through thermal cycling. It performs and retains its physical characteristics through a temperature range down to -37° C (-37° F) and up to temperatures of 82° C (180° F).

Uses

-     Interior or exterior, new or old concrete substrates.

-     Floors subjected to harsh chemicals or high degree of abrasion.

-     Chemical processing plants, meat packing and food processing facilities, dairies, canneries etc.

-     Pulp and paper processing plants, oily manufacturing plants, vehicle repair bays.

-     Plants producing acids and other highly corrosive products.

Advantages

-     Produces a textured, seamless anti-slip finish.

-     Suitable for indoor or outdoor applications.

-     Cures without shrinking, cracking or spalling.

-     Resists the largest range of acids, alkalis, solvents and salts of any flooring system.

-     Bond strength in excess of tensile strength of concrete.

-     Textured surface is anti-slip and provides traction through the life of the product and will not become smooth.

-     One-step application. No primers or top coats required.
